Join R.I.S.E. at the Community Health Fair 2019, hosted by the Central Michigan University’s College of Medicine.
FREE Services Available – No insurance required
• Vitals – blood pressure, BMI/weight, pulse rate, respiration rate
• Diabetes screening
• Fall risk screening
• Medication review
• Mental wellness screening
• Primary care physician referrals
• Community education resources
Location: Mount Pleasant City Hall, 320 W. Broadway Street, Mount Pleasant, MI
All ages welcome.
Services will be provided by Central Michigan University College of Medicine licensed physicians and student doctors under the supervision of a licensed physician.
