R.I.S.E. Advocacy is hosting our 3rd Annual RISE & Shine Community Breakfast fundraiser on September 16, 2023, at Island Park’s South Pavilion in Mount Pleasant! This year, we are adding a 1-mile awareness walk to the morning’s agenda (with event t-shirts included). Our goal for this event is to bring together individuals, groups, and organizations from Clare, Gratiot, and Isabella counties and to engage in a family-friendly, meaningful morning in support or our organization. We look forward to how this event will allow us to connect with the community and share the growth our agency and clients have experienced.

What can you expect from the RISE and Shine Community Breakfast and Walk this year?

All-you-can-eat pancake breakfast catered by Chris Cakes, a coffee bar from Next Level Espresso Coffee of Alma, a morning of family-friendly games and activities, and county-themed raffles, and a walk! As mentioned, we will be adding an awareness walk to this event. The walk will be roughly a one-mile loop through Island Park, highlighting the services we offer, sharing statistics, and more.

9:00-9:30 am: Check in for Walk and Pick Up T-Shirt *if participating*

9:30 am: Walk Begins

9:45 am: Breakfast is Served 

11:00 am: Raffle Basket Winners Will be Drawn
